Skin Lab Sydney keeps a substantial amount of stock. However, in a rare occasion, we might have some products that are “out-of-stock” due to shipment delays from our manufacturer. If this occurs, we will ensure to update you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Skin Lab Sydney reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10.00.
Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping.
