These Terms & Conditions outline the rules of Skin Lab Sydney’s Loyalty Program. By participating, you agree to these conditions.
The Loyalty Program is open to all Skin Lab Sydney clients.
Membership is automatic — points are tracked under your client profile when you make a purchase.
Skin Lab Sydney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.
Clients earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible services and retail purchases.
100 points = $1 credit toward future purchases.
Points are calculated on the net amount paid after discounts, vouchers, or promotions.
Points cannot be earned on deposits, gift voucher purchases, or redeemed points.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Minimum redemption applies: 500 points = $5 credit.
Points can be redeemed toward services or retail in-store only.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined between clients.
Redemption must be requested at checkout.
Your tier is based on your total spend within a calendar year. Tiers reset every 12 months unless renewed by eligible spend.

A referral is successful once the referred friend completes and pays for their first appointment.
Referrer Reward: 20% off one eligible service.
Referred Friend Reward: 10% off their first service.
Referral rewards are single-use, valid in-store only, and not redeemable for cash.
Rewards cannot be combined with packages, memberships, or other offers.
Some advanced treatments, promotional packages, or medical-grade services may be excluded from earning or redeeming points.
Free services must be chosen from Skin Lab Sydney’s list of selected services for that tier.
Loyalty benefits cannot be used in conjunction with membership packages unless otherwise stated.
Skin Lab Sydney’s decision on eligibility, points balances, and rewards is final.
Skin Lab Sydney reserves the right to update, amend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated via the website and/or in clinic.
