FAQ - Cosmeceutical Skincare Range

12 months from the date of manufacture and 6 months from opening

Here at Skin Lab Sydney we are proud to boast that, we do not test on animals. We are Vegan and Cruelty Free

All our products are made and manufactured right here in Australia. With exceptionally high quality ingredients in a cosmetic laboratory, to bring you the finest and the best of skincare products to your vanity.

We guarantee that our range is made to suit all skin types. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you do experience an allergic reaction please feel free to contact us via our contact page with your images of the reactions that have occurred or your concerns and we will try and help as much as we can. Please be reminded that sometimes when changing from skincare product to another can cause some kind of reaction, this usually will subside, however if reaction persists, we recommend seeking medical advice.

At this stage, we do not offer sample products. Products can take at least up to a month to make a difference in how your skin looks and feels. A sample product will not be enough for some to see benefits as it’s only a one time use. If you have concerns with allergies or skin conditions please refer to returning product section of the FAQ.
We provide full disclosure of all our ingredients in each product so please refer to those in the product descriptions. If in doubt always perform a patch test on skin first.

Our products have been formulated and developed to ensure that both of these additives are not used in any of our products.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction. All our products are made in our manufacturers cosmetic laboratory, and to ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment, when compounding/manufacturing our products, cosmetic chemist laboratory staff are required to wear full laboratory gear including a lab coat, hair nets, shoe covers and gloves. The staff are fully trained by pharmacist and strive to provide accuracy and attention to detail. If you have concerns about allergies please refer to the ingredient lists in the product descriptions, discuss with your doctor, and always perform a patch test on skin first.

We strictly will not return or refund products and services for change of mind. This is primarily due to hygiene, safety and stability reasons, products that have left our warehouse cannot be resold.
Faulty Item, if the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo of the product received within 3 business days of delivery so that we can organise a new item back to you.
Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival. If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 3 business days of delivery so that we can organise a new item back to you.
